FREENOW is Europe’s number one mobility app, operating in over 150 cities across nine markets, including major hubs in the UK and Europe. Owned by Mercedes-Benz, FREENOW provides a comprehensive platform for ride-hailing, car-sharing, e-scooters, and more. The platform is used by more than 60 million people, making it a major player in the B2B and B2C mobility markets. During my time at FREENOW, I was integral to the web management process, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of the company’s localized websites. Working as part of a collaborative team, my efforts contributed to a remarkable 70-80% improvement in web traffic over an eight-month period. My role involved orchestrating communication between various departments, including SEO, product marketing, and design teams, to ensure consistency and accuracy across the platform’s multiple localized versions. I managed the development and execution of web strategies, designed and developed landing pages using Figma, and implemented SEO best practices. I also played a key role in budget management by coordinating with external agencies, ensuring that our resources were used effectively to achieve FREENOW’s strategic objectives.
