Understood is a prominent nonprofit organization in the United States dedicated to shaping the world for difference by focusing on people who learn and think differently. Through a wealth of resources, programs, and initiatives, Understood supports individuals with learning and thinking differences, such as ADHD and dyslexia, as well as the parents and educators who work with them. Their mission is to provide inclusive opportunities and environments where everyone can thrive. I contributed to this impactful organization by developing a concise marketing and communication strategy. My work focused on refining Understoodâs positioning and enhancing its outreach efforts. The strategy was designed to elevate the organizationâs visibility and engagement with its target audience, ensuring that their messages resonate more deeply with those they aim to support.
