Project Overview

glocalzone is an innovative startup based in Estonia with a rapidly growing user base of over 100,000 people worldwide. The platform provides a unique solution for individuals who want to purchase local products from abroad without the hassle and cost of international shipping. By connecting travelers with shoppers, glocalzone allows travelers to earn extra money by bringing desired products back to their home country, while enabling shoppers to access unique items from around the globe at lower costs and with reduced environmental impact. I played a key role in developing glocalzone’s digital presence and enhancing its user experience. My contributions included the design and management of their website, the creation and execution of a comprehensive blog strategy, and the production of engaging content. Additionally, I managed their social media channels, creating compelling posts that resonated with the target audience, and supported the UX research efforts to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience on the platform.
